Fun & Action at the Zillertal Arena
Snowpark Gerlos
The snowpark in Gerlos has become a seriously cool place to be in the freestyle scene.
The park complex enjoys a sunny, south-facing location beside the Vorkogel lift and covers an area of 30,000 m².
The first obstacles await eager shredders at the entrance to the snowpark at an altitude of 2,020 m. Responsible for the daily maintenance and care of the snowpark is our shaper Brandy. In addition, the park has its own snowcat which is in action grooming the terrain for around 3 hours every day.
Set-up
There is an easy line and a medium line as well as pro jumps. There’s also a kids’ line so that our younger shredders can experience the ultimate “park feeling” too.
The beginners’ line boasts numerous boxes and jumps that novice freestylers can ride one after the other over the entire length of the snowpark. That way newcomers to the sport learn quickly and the fun factor is at maximum level.
NEW this year: A laid-back chill-out area beside the park container complete with sound system and service station.
